A must for foodies is the International Gourmet Festival, the greatest gourmet tradition in Puerto Vallarta.
For ten consecutive days, the annual event in autumn brings together 70 of the most prestigious masters of cuisine from Mexico and the world in Puerto Vallarta to present their culinary creations to the public in 32 of the most select hotels and restaurants in the city and Banderas Bay.
The International Gourmet Festival has been headed by the “Three Musketeers” – founding chefs Thierry Blouet, Heinz Reize and Roland Menetrey – since 1995.
